What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda, derived from the Sanskrit words “Ayur” (life) and “Veda” (science), is more than just a medical system – it’s a way of life. This holistic approach emphasizes living in harmony with nature, recognizing the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit.
