As per the Google Official support page, street-level collection, path pictures are subject to automatic blurring, which effectively conceals identifying details like faces, number plates and more, also if you uploaded the 360 view than you are responsible for that.

Google Allow you to blur such sensitive content to protect your privacy by following these steps:

Step 1 : With the help of browser visit maps.google.com and login with your Google account.
Step 2: Select that particular location that you want to hide/blur.
Step 3 : Click on three dots available on selected location name tape.
Step 4: Choose Report a problem.
Step 4: On the next page select building, number plate, or that particular information that need to hide.
Step 5: write a reason why you want to hide.
Step 6: Enter the captcha  and email details.
Step 7: Click on SUBMIT button to send the request.
